3. Promotional assistance based on what works and what doesn't work
4. Legal contracts, and program development contracts that have been legally tested in the courts.

Hair Solutions Group was formed to be an advanced and quality training source for shops and salons, offering state-of-the art current knowledge in the non-surgical hair replacement procedure and a source for the most innovative and latest products related to the hair care industry. Research found that there were many people (clients) who were very unsatisfied with the result (giving bad publicity) due to poor service or improper stylist technique training from many existing hair replacement shops. It was also found that a majority of the public (potential clients for this procedure) didn't understand about the latest technology for non-surgical hair systems and how non detectable it is and how much it looks and feels like, and how it is maintained like real hair.

This training is not for everyone. It is critical that the person who will be doing the actual procedure be an experienced barber or cosmetologist and have a high level understanding of how to blend and cut in many hairstyles. It is also critical that everyone in the entire shop or operation be fully aware of the procedure and business. What this means is that everyone, including owner, receptionist, stylist and marketer, must understand all aspects of this non-surgical replacement procedure. All of the above mentioned will come into contact with potential customers and it is critical that they understand how to speak the jargon correctly.

Training will last anywhere from 2 to 4 full days whereby you will:

Learn how to create and maintain a proper prep room with sufficient inventory

Be able to speak to clients and ask them questions of their experience from beginning to now about using the non-surgical hair system.

See the facilities including prep room, waiting room, consult room, rooms used for procedures, inventory setup etc;

See actual consult with clients of what to ask and how to discuss the initial process and listen to the actual selling process; this is important because this will determine what type of system the client will be using, and under what conditions the hair will be under; this question process must be consistent to make sure there are no hidden factors that would result in a not so favorable outcome;

Understand the lingo and what words to use and what not to use;

Discuss the options that are available for marketing the service; a chance for you to ask clients how they found out about the process; what marketing methods work and what doesn't work (these all depend on city size, budgets, etc)

Discussion of contracts - these contracts have been developed by our attorneys and tested in the courts. Considerable sums of money have been spent on developing these forms and seeing that they continually meet industry standards; Wording is critical here because there are many issues to detail; once you become a client of HSG you will be provided the forms electronically for which you can adopt using your own corporate name;

Product knowledge: which types of hair systems are best for a particular client, based on costs of product and match to client; what company to order from. HSG continually keeps its thumb on the market to insure that you are getting the best product at the best price. Our 20 plus years of experience in the industry allows HSG the opportunity to know quality versus bad quality;

Discussion of program sales and unit pricing, and how to best fit this into your situation; what works for your demographics based on competitive and types of clients;

Accessories needed - all the necessary tools and products that are needed for the procedure including (but not limited to) special shears, blending shears, adhesives and bonding materials, molds, molding machines, cleaning agents, shampoos, skin conditioners; Hands on experience utilizing mannequins and live participants; going over cutting in techniques; how to decide what style looks best for a client; this step is important in that the skilled professional must understand how to make the Cut-in as natural as possible - the face is like a fine painting - one wrong part can destroy the entire look! During your training HSG will make every effort to allow the trainees to do some hands-on with actual clients; much like a resident surgeon, they must practice on actual clients to really know how to do it!

How to maintain the hair - cleaning, storing, inventory;

How to maintain the clients - cleaning up, washing skin, hair, removing old system; how to prep the hair and skin for application;

How to order hair and take samples for ordering; you will be provided with a hair sample ring and catalogues from which to order from; While Hair Solutions Group has aligned themselves with what we truly believe is the best quality manufacturer, there may be times and situations that arise due to availability, costs, etc that other manufacturers should be used. HSG has continually maintained strong long-term relationships with every major manufacturer in the industry. These include the necessary contacts with overseas suppliers where a majority of the hair is manufactured. There IS a huge difference in the way this hair is made. You will learn the differences in good versus badly made hair products;

Discussion of laser treatments: the inside scoop (objective) on the latest technology for FDA Approved laser combs and equipment. We will tell you how they work, why, and how you can develop a program to sell the combs and/or procedures resulting in additional income.

Hair Loss - just the straight facts and discussion of why one loses hair, and how to incorporate that into the selling and marketing process;

Based on our extensive experience in this industry, there will be many questions that will follow after you return to your shop; that is why we are the ONLY group that offers 24/7 (nights, weekends, etc) to answer any questions or concerns. It is our goal to help you to be successful and to do whatever it takes to help you succeed. Our group has previously gone out to shops and done training in their location; it is our opinion that by you visiting our location, you will see an actual shop in operation and be able to discuss the many aspects of this business with our staff and clients (when applicable).
